Terms of Use for Pulse

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pulse mobile application (the "Service") operated by Vectora Digital LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the Terms, then You may not access the Service.

Acknowledgement

These Terms govern the use of the Service and constitute the agreement between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

The Service offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Subscriptions") that are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected by You at the time of purchase) in advance through the payment method associated with Your Apple ID account.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed and cancelled through Your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancelling a Subscription does not entitle You to a refund for the current billing period; You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and We will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Free Trial

Where offered, a free trial period may apply before a paid Subscription begins. If You do not want to continue to be charged, You must cancel the Subscription through Your App Store account settings before the free trial period expires.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through Your App Store account, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Content and Third-Party Sources

The Service aggregates football news, transfer rumors, trending topics, and public social media posts from third-party sources. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such content and is not responsible for the views expressed by third parties. Trademarks, logos, and team names shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
